Dear Sheila & Phillip,

As you know, we had several painting contractors give us quotes when we were trying to get our house ready to sell. While price was certainly a concern for us, we did want a good job. There were several factors that made us choose Dixie Paint for our job. 

First, Your written quote definitely blew the other two contenders out of the water! We had never received a quote for any home repairs that was as detailed and specific as yours.

Second, the difference between the contractors was the advice given by Philip during the estimate process. Phillip was the only contractor that pointed out that upgrading to an eggshell "washable" finish which would attract buyers - especially in this market - was not the cheapest way out but would aid in attracting buyers - which proved to be wise advice! 

And last, but certainly not least was the professionalism and competence the Dixie crew exemplified while on the job! This was a huge interior paint job - over 3000 square feet of nothing but walls and woodwork! We had all the ceilings painted and every room in the house including trim, shoe mold, caulking, and doors - the works! Your crew showed up to work on time everyday, moved all our furniture and covered it and worked like a well oiled machine through the completion of this project! Not one drop of paint was spilled! 

Once they were completed, the foreman walked with me through each and every room of the house to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the job! We were very impressed with the attention to the smallest detail around counters, cabinets and trim! 

Again, I would like to thank you for a FANTASTIC job! You were such a pleasure to work with and although we won't need you for a while (since you did such a great job) we do look forward to working with you again!

Hi Sheila and Phillip

I would like to thank both of you and your GUYS for a job well done. The guys took extra pains with my shrubs when placing the ladders to paint my house. Also, a major point with me was they picked up all their trash each day. I have had one paint co.( which I will not name) and they left trash for me to pick up.
I just love my newly painted house. It looks so very good. Thank Phillip for his help in helping me pick the best paint and also, his recommendation for the colors. I was a little uncertain on the butternut color for the hall but it looks great with the other rooms.

Oh by the way I did not find any paint on my carpet or floors, believe you me I looked. That is why I gave the guys a pizza party when they finished.

Dear Phillip,

My neighbor, in fact a specialty painter in her own right, showed me the meticulous care taken in painting her house. So impressed was I that I settled upon Dixie without getting estimates from other painting entities.

When a painter categorically recommends a fellow painter, a reasonable person takes special note.

To prepare the surface for paint my entire house was power washed to perfection. When I noticed that brick steps were being washed in addition to the house, you advised that you always performed work beyond expectations as a means of generating goodwill. Goodwill, as evidenced by this letter, was most certainly generated in my case.

Your crew, polite and personable men, clearly took pride in their work, taking great pains to brush the paint into caulk joints and avoid dripping paint onto areas adjacent to the house.
