About Dixie Paint
Dixie Paint Inc. was established by Phillip and Sheila Loflin in 1982. The plan was simple: to provide quality painting services to residents in Wake Forest, NC. Dixie paint also serves customers in Wake, Franklin and Granville counties.
Phillip started in the residential repaint business and has worked on commercial properties, for tract builders, medical businesses and custom home builders winning many “Painting Contractor of the Year” awards. Based upon customer demand and requests Dixie Paint has added home repair services, home improvement project services ,power washing and window and siding replacement.
Dixie’s philosophy is to provide prompt, professional service to all our customers regardless of how big or small their needs may be. We are on the job daily and are easily accessible. Customers frequently comment on the painters’ ability and willingness to communicate with them about their needs and the job’s progress.
Phillip believes in doing things the right way and going the extra mile on every job. He is proud of the fact that other house painters recommend him. That says a lot! The company uses only the highest quality products, choose eco-friendly materials when available.
Dixie Paint Inc has been an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau from 1989 – 2021 with an A+ rating. Our company carries all necessary insurance.

Dixie was the only one that responded when I needed some interior drywall repair and painting several years ago. So when it was time to paint the exterior, I called them again. They repaired a significant amount of siding and trim. The repairs were first rate and painting excellent. Their high quality work saved me the expense of all new siding. I am very happy with the results.

Dixie Paint just finished paint the exterior of our home and replacing damaged siding. They did a fantastic job and we have already had compliments from neighbors. The crew was professional, polite and did high quality work. We are detail oriented people and to say Dixie hand painted the entire house twice and a very large deck we can't find any errors and the entire job was done to a very high standard.
